Women of Achievement 2016
Gloucester County, New Jersey
I am overjoyed to be the youngest recipient of the Women of Achievement of Gloucester County! I am the very first honoree in the newly founded “youth” category. I was recognized for the 501c3 nonprofit I started,
Angels of God Community Outreach.
“Twelve outstanding women from Gloucester County will receive Women of Achievement awards at a celebration event at Auletto’s Caterers on October 13th. The awards are sponsored by the
American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the Commission for Women with the support of the Gloucester County NJ Board of Chosen Freeholders. The women have demonstrated outstanding achievement in professional and community life.”
The 2016 honorees are:
I’m deeply honored and humbled to be a recipient. It was such an inspiring night at the awards ceremony.
It was amazing speaking with the other recipients last night and being among such a powerful, prestigious group of women, making a difference in their community.
I already covered my award in fingerprints! 😝😂
Thanks to all who attended and listened to my story!
THANK YOU! I was honored to receive… •Certificate of Achievement from the Board of Chosen Freeholders •Citation from the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly •Proclamation signed by Donald Norcross, US Congress member representing New Jersey.
With Assemblywoman Gabriela Mosquera, a wonderful role model. 😊
Thanks for your continued support, Freeholder Jim Jefferson. 😊
The most inspiring woman I know — my mom!
The most loving sisters in the world! Thanks for the endless support.
Sue Dixon (American Association of University Women) – I met Ms. Dixon many years ago, when I was 12 years old and just starting Angels of God. I remember how encouraging she was when I came into her office at the Gloucester County Volunteer Center.
Joan Dillon, thanks for always supporting me and my mission through Angels of God Clothing Closet. ❤️
Such a fun night at Auletto Caterers!
